Nikai Coffee is for coffee lovers who are after true coffee flavours that can be quite delicate, sometimes exotic, and almost always fruity (coffee is a fruit, eh).
Roasting approach highlights that, ranges from lighter to medium, that stops just at the beginning of caramel notes for staple coffee, and much earlier for microlots.
Filter primarily explores juicy and lively side of coffee, while espresso focuses on sweetness, depth and aftertaste. Espresso won’t always be darker, but rather more soluble and easier to extract with high pressure/short contact time. When brewed (yes , you can brew espresso roast), it will taste softer with more viscosity than filter roast.
To get the best out of these coffees we recommend using good burr grinder, a scale and a timer.
